1. Acceptance
By accessing DataPlay's website or enrolling in a course you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Course enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed fee. Fees are non-refundable after the programme commencement date unless DataPlay cancels the batch.
3. SQL Playground
The SQL Playground is provided free of charge for educational purposes. You must not use it to store, transmit or process sensitive personal data or attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
4. Intellectual property
All course material, videos, datasets and code samples are the intellectual property of DataPlay and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
DataPlay's liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
